I work with Coach Mandy on the PTR Community, healing and aligning, self love challenge, and I'll be with her on the 5 day challenge to birth my purpose. Coach Mandy is loyal, faithful, highly favor by God, down to earth, confident, amazing and a woman of purpose, she takes time to meet the needs of each individual.
 

Coach Mandy makes it easy for me to forgive and how to forgive myself, for how I was sabotaging myself from mistakes that I have made in the past and know how to self love. She teaches from the bible.
 

Coach Mandy is God sent, in the bible the book of Judges where Deborah was mentioned I can throughly say she is our Deborah.
 

I highly recommend Coach Mandy to those who are serious and want transformation to find their God given purpose.

The self-love challenge was amazing as it allowed me to face some area of my inner self and thereby allowing me to see my traumas, my triggers and start my healing journey, find peace and be the person that I desired to be.

Working with Mandy has been transformational. I would recommend her services to all Christian women who desire to know their purpose and really become more confident in who they are as a women of God.

Mandy has taught  me how to find my inner strength, and completely changed my mindset. I have learnt how to release the past things I was unaware that I was tagging on to. I feel Free!

I've picked up Classes that I was no longer interested in. Took my Catering business to another level so I can Open my own Restaurant.  

I feel Privileged to have worked with Mandy. There is so much  Transformation in working with her.

I absolutely love working with Coach Mandy. She is very straight forward, attentive, and does not sugar coat her words. Her passion and commitment to see other women succeed in every area of their lives is phenomenal. 

Not only does she take time to meet the needs of the community, but she strives to meet the needs of each individual within the community. She has challenged me in ways that my flesh is like "Now wait a minute", but my spirit man is like "freedom". 

She listens, and is intentional about the growth of this community, and the women she knows and sees that we are, even if we are not there. Her heart for God and the well being of His people, is her passion and drive that keeps her doing all that she continues to do for us... She is a coach and a friend to us all.

I joined this challenge to really find what it meant to give myself Self Love and challenge myself to dig deep into the feelings I've carried around for so long.

Some parts were really challenging and outside of my comfort zone, but I was able to push through with the support of not only the other ladies (who shared so much) but Mandy, who has been amazing to work with (she knows how to dig deeper lol) 

I would definitely recommend this challenge and opportunity to others who want to build on their confidence, push through barriers and get past traumas.

Working with Coach Mandy has brought so much light into my life. She has a way of getting you to dig deep and look at life from another persons perspective. I would recomend her program to anyone looking for self growth. She is truly amazing.

I joined Coach Mandy's Prayer Training Room in April 2023 on the 21 day Self Care challenge, the daily challenges experiences were an eye opener not realising the importance of taking care of my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. 

The self sabotage, procrastination and fear is a process but I am much better than I was before I met Coach Mandy. I have learnt so much about myself Coach Mandy's teaches Biblical principles of the word of God which has showed me my true identity in Christ.

I have learnt so much from Coach Mandy as her teaching is simple, deep and very effective. My struggle with self sabotage, procrastination, low self esteem and fear is a process but I am much better than I was before I met Coach Mandy. 
I am now ready for the next level of working on becoming a Coach helping other women who struggle with fear, low self esteem the way I did. I am still a work in progress more than anything I am happy that I am working towards achieving my dream of being a Coach.

I definitely would recommend Coach Mandy, she is honest, patient, God fearing an obedient Ambassador for Christ excellent role model to us women.

There were a couple of times where I felt absolutely vulnerable but Mandy allowed me to feel held in the moment.

 I joined Heal and Align because I was going through some situations and needed to find a way to heal and forgive some hurt I was going through.

2 of the things i learnt were to learn to love people, to make it easy to forgive them, and how to forgive myself first and practice self-care.

I felt equipped to deal with situations that might come up in the future that could make me feel the way I was feeling. Also, I was able to identify my purpose and, more importantly, how to love myself.
